Please read the detailed information below

For an accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings, it must be covered by at least ONE full registration on or before August 31, 2025 (23:59 GMT+8).
Each author’s full registration can cover at most TWO papers.
No paper can be covered with a student registration. Student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students.
The organizers cannot guarantee on-site registrants the availability of conference kit and seats for attending the welcome reception and banquet.
Papers without a full registration will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.

No Show Policy

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the APSIPA ASC 2025 conference. The ‘no-show’ papers will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings.

Refund Policy

If you need refund, please send the email to the secretariat (apsipa2025info@gmail.com) before 7 Sept 2025. There will be an administrative fee of SGD 250 deducted from each refund. Refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the conference.
* No refunds will be made after the 7 Sept 2025 deadline.

Onsite Registration

The tutorials will start at 8 am on 22 Oct on the Mezzanine Floor. The registration desks will open at 10 am at the foyer of the Island Ballroom. For faster onsite registration/check-in, please get ready the QR code that is appended at the end of this email or in the confirmation email that was dispatched to you when you complete your registration.
