Call for Papers

Founded in 2009, APSIPA organization (www.apsipa.org) aims to promote research and education in signal processing, information technology, and communications. The annual summit and conferences(ASC) have been held previously in Macau (2024), Taipei (2023), Chiang Mai (2022), Tokyo (2021), Auckland (2020), Lanzhou (2019), Hawaii (2018), Kuala Lumpur (2017), Jeju (2016), Hong Kong (2015), Siem Reap (2014), Kaohsiung (2013), Los Angeles (2012), Xi’ an (2011), Biopolis (2010), and Sapporo (2009).

APSIPA ASC in Singapore will be the 17th edition and we are calling for submissions in all aspects of applications. All accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI, Scopus, etc, like all previous years. The technical program includes, but not limited to the following areas.

  • Submission Site Open: 1st March 2025
  • Submission Deadline of Workshop Forum, Panel, Tutorial, Special Session Proposal and Grand Challenge Proposal: 30th April 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance for Proposals: 15th May 2025
  • Submission Deadline of of Regular Paper and Special Paper: 7th June 2025
  • Notification of Paper Acceptance: 22nd July 2025
  • APSIPA Transaction Presentation Request: 31st July 2025
  • Submission Deadline of Camera Ready Paper: 7th August 2025
  • Deadline of Early Bird Registration: 7th August 2025
