Invitation Letter
If you need a letter of invitation, please send your personal details (first name, last name, affiliation, nationality, address) together with a copy of travel document/passport by email to apsipa2025info@gmail.com as early as possible, to leave plenty of time to process the application. Please do allow 72 working hours to process your request.
Please be noted that visa letters are only issued to registrants who have already paid their fees.
Transportation
Singapore’s public transport system is fast and efficient. The MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) and bus systems have an extensive network of routes that will help you zip around the city.
While taxis or private hire cars offer convenience and comfort. You can flag a taxi along the street or at designated taxi stands, or book a ride anytime via mobile applications.
Note: Submit SG Arrival Card 3 days before arrival – All travellers are required to submit their health declaration to ICA via the SG Arrival Card e-Service that also comes with health declaration function, before arriving in Singapore. It will need to be submitted up to 3 days in advance of arrival in Singapore and this is the link for the SG Arrival Card: https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/. You will receive an acknowledgement upon successful submission, and you will need to present your travel documents and SG Arrival Card acknowledgement (soft copy is acceptable as well) to the ICA officer at the immigration counter upon arriving in Singapore if requested.
