Call for Late Breaking Reports (Short Papers)

The APSIPA Annual Summit and Conference 2025 (APSIPA ASC 2025) invites submissions for a Late Breaking Reports category. This track is designed to encourage the sharing of early-stage ideas, ongoing projects, industry applications, and recent developments that may not be ready for full paper submission, but still offer substantial value to the signal and information processing community.

Submission Format:

      • 2-page summary (A4 or US Letter, PDF format) describing the key idea, method, results (if any), and significance of the research.
      • The summary should include the paper title, author names, affiliations, and contact information.
      • The format must follow the APSIPA paper template.

Presentation Format:

      • Accepted submissions will be presented in poster sessions at the conference.
      • These presentations will be included in the conference program but will not be published in the conference proceedings.

Important Dates:

      • Submission Deadline: 29th August 2025
      • Notification of Acceptance: 5th September 2025
      • Conference Dates: 2224 October 2025

All accepted short paper submissions are still eligible for the early-bird rate of registration.

      • Emerging Topics in Signal and Information Processing
      • Active Noise Control Workshop

This track offers an inclusive and flexible format for academic researchers, industry professionals, and students to share their innovative work and receive feedback from the community.
